Kiwi Awhina's Vision and Philosophy 
 
Vision: To provide children with an inclusive, dynamic and safe environment where individual potentials are discovered, developed and nurtured.

In Kiwi awhina we take shared responsibility for the learning and development of the students. 
Teachers work as a team to plan and teach, meeting students’ individual needs. 
We are developing collaborative teaching practices that utilise teacher strengths.
